IRFU Tackle Behaviours Consultation: World Rugby Briefing.

On March 16th, the IRFU hosted a webinar with World Rugby Sports Scientist Ross Tucker as part of its community consultation process on changing tackle behaviour to reduce head-on-head impact.

Over 500 Irish Rugby stakeholders participated in a sentiment survey as part of the process.

78% of participants took the view that a law trial to lower tackle height could ultimately make the game safer. The full results of the survey are available via the link above.
